How long does it take to receive my order?
All WAVEHODL products are made to order. Production takes 2-7 business days, plus shipping: Portugal & Europe (3-7 days), USA & Canada (5-10 days), Rest of the World (7-20 days).

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship globally. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes, tracking information is sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. EU customers have an additional 14-day cooling off period.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@wavehodl.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Report any damage within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@wavehodl.com with photos and we'll sort it out.

Yes, every WAVEHODL piece is made to order by our fulfillment partners- meaning less waste and a product made just for you.
